Drywall and water don't mix apparently!!!

So Mommy has been bugging dad that she couldn't get the grout on the shower tile clean. Today after church dad, decided to check it out. He was planning on just regrouting the few tiles that had the dirt on them. When he tried to remove the grout on one of the bottom tiles he said a few curse words as water was running out of the tiles. He pulled off a few more after talking to Grandpa Wilmington. It was completely wet behind the tiles. Apparently the faucet was leaking and the drywall sucked up all the water and was wet halfway up the shower. Well after he got half of the tiles off he realized he wasn't going to be able to find any tiles to match. So he took the rest of the tiles off making a lot of banging noises and a really big mess as you can see. Mommy was calling all her friends in Oklahoma trying to find a plumber who would come out and fix the valve, so finally we found one who would come out. It costs a lot more to get a plumber out to the house on a Sunday when football is on. He fixed the shower valve so that we could turn the water back on, because I really wanted a bath(which as you can guess I did not take in my bath tub but in mom & dad's.) After my bath, Dad, Mom, and I went to the Home Depot where we bought a bunch of cool stuff. We bought concrete drywall which Daddy started hanging with Mommy's help after she put me to bed. He also had to put new insulation on the outside wall so that I can be warm in the winter. Daddy has a lot more work to do, but hopefully he will finish later this week.
